EC Rewards

How do I earn and spend my EC Reward points?
Each slice is worth 10 points for every $1 you spend. (excluding any shipping fees & taxes) By signing up for our newsletter, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, google+ or shopping, you instantly start earning points to use towards purchases, registry, classes, workshops or roundtables.

Where do I find my EC Reward point balance?
You can find your EC Reward balance by logging in to my account on the Eorthe Cild website. Once logged in go to bottom of my account under the customer rewards section and it will show your point balance, the dollar ($) value of points accumulated, and any pending points to be credited.

Can I refer a friend and receive EC Reward points?
Yes, as your initial reward, you will receive 10 rewards points once you refer your first five friends. Additionally, for every friend you refer that makes a purchase on our site, you will receive an additional 10 rewards points in your account.

Will my referred friend get points?
Yes, your friend will also receive 10 rewards points to use toward their first purchase.

General

Do I pay sales tax?
Yes, during certain Eorthe Cild events and promotions, we will waive the sales tax.

Are all products covered under warranty?
All of our products are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty. If you have a question regarding the warranty on any product please contact Eorthe Cild prior to placing your order at 657-212-7477 or email info@eorthecild.com.

What is a wish list?
The wish list is a great feature that allows you to save all your favorite items and keep them in your account. You can also add items from your wish list to your cart, or email to family and friends.

Is gift wrap included with my order?
Yes, gift wrap is complimentary for all orders over $50 except bulky or heavy items.

Is gift wrap eco-conscious?
We only use quality 100% eco-friendly, organic and sustainable cards, tape, ribbon, yarn, and giftwraps for our complimentary, classic and premium wraps. For some complimentary, classic and premium wraps we do use vintage pieces. Gift wrap descriptions specify when a vintage piece is used on your package. We can wrap shoes, clothing, and goodies at no additional charge. For an upcharge we offer a variety of premium and custom wraps. We do not offer gift wrap on large items including furniture. If you would like your order gift wrapped, please add the type of gift wrap desired to your cart and your purchase will be wrapped including a hand-written message provided by you on an Eorthe Cild card. In order to keep the use of paper down to a minimum for the environment, all online orders will only include a gift receipt when requested.

Gift Cards

How do I purchase a gift card?
An Eorthe Cild gift card can be purchased online and in store. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time with no expiration dates, or other unnecessary restrictions.

Can I refund a gift card?
No, a gift card is a final sale. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I refund a gift certificate?
No, a gift certificate is a final sale. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

Is my gift card the same as a gift certificate ?
No, the Eorthe Cild gift certificate is purchased online only and is sent electronically by email. Simply purchase gift certificate online and it will immediately be sent via email directly to the recipient. Gift Certificates are a very planet friendly gift, but most importantly recipient can start shopping immediately!

My Registry

Can I create a registry for any event?
Absolutely! Any children's (or mommy-related) event is cause for celebration! Creating a registry for events such as a birthday, diaper party, sip&see, baptism, gender reveal party, baby naming, bris, or other milestone is very common and ensures kids and their caretakers get the gifts they need. In fact, more parents are finding that creating a registry for gift-giving holidays like birthdays, Hanukkah and Christmas simplifies shopping and eliminates the waste of exchanging unwanted items.

Can I create a class registry?
Yes, Eorthe Cild can also set up a custom class registry for expecting parents, grandparents, family, friends and caretakers to take various preparation classes for the new arrival such as, diapering 101,baby care basics, infant &CPR, breastfeeding, Lamaze, baby yoga and much more!

Will I receive registry insert cards?
Yes, Eorthe Cild will provide a set of complimentary enclosure cards for your Eorthe Cild registry. Order a complimentary set by calling Eorthe Cild customer service at 657-212-7477 or toll free at 866-367-8431.

Why am I having trouble logging into my account?
Please make sure you have entered the correct password and username, and please note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your username or password please click on the link in the login page or link under my account at the bottom of the home page on the Eorthe Cild website and your information will be emailed to the address you provided in your registration.

Does Eorthe Cild offer a personal shopper?
Yes, for a truly personalized shopping experience and great gifting ideas, Eorthe Cild is proud to offer our Personal Eorthe Service to you. Orders

How do I check the status of my order?
An email notification will be sent out when your order is placed and a second notification when it has shipped. If for some reason you have not received these notifications, please make sure to check your spam box. If you still have not received an email notification, please contact Eorthe Cild at info@eorthecild.com.

Where can I view the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order, by logging on to my account on the Eorthe Cild website and going under the order history tab in your account to view the status of your order. If you still have any questions, please contact Eorthe Cild at info@eorthecild.com.

Can I cancel my order?
A cancellation for a standard order must be made within 48hours from the time the order was placed. Any cancellation beyond 48 hours will incur all packing, gift wrap and shipping fees processed for order. Custom orders must be cancelled within 24hours. There will be no refund on custom orders cancelled after 24hours.

What if my order is missing boxes or parts?
Make sure to check received items against the BoL to ensure all boxes have been received at the time of delivery. If you are missing boxes, notate items missing on the BoL, but do not refuse delivery, as it would be easier to send out the missing boxes. If you inspect your item later and parts are missing, contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt. If the item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to replace item when stock is available or offer a refund upon return of item.

Can I order by phone?
Absolutely! Simply call Eorthe Cild at 657-212-7477 or toll free at 866-367-8431 from 10am-7pm (PST) and we will gladly take your order over the phone and answer any questions that you may have.

Can I use two credit cards on my order?
No, only one Credit Card can be used at this time per order. An Eorthe Cild gift card or gift certificate can be used with a credit card on the same order.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payment.

Do you have a secure website?
Yes, your online security is very important to Eorthe Cild. All payments and account information is processed through a secure SSL network so customers can shop safely and confidently.

Do I have to open a PayPal account?
No, you can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

When is my credit card charged?
To help fight increasing issue of credit card fraud, Eorthe Cild charges Credit Card and Pay Pal payments at the time of purchase for most orders. For custom orders with a lead time beyond 30 days, Eorthe Cild will authorize your credit card at the time of your order for the full amount, which may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement for 24-48 hours. This is an authorization and not an actual charge. Your card will then be charged at the time your order ships. If your lead time exceeds 30 days Eorthe Cild may need to reauthorize your card. If authorization fails then Eorthe Cild will contact you to obtain new payment information.

Returns

Can I return my order?
The only items that may be refunded within 30 days for a full refund are full priced items with a temporary discount code used during a sale or promotion. Please retain all original packaging and keep all tags attached until you have fully inspected your products.

Can I return my online order in-store?
Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged in our store within 30 days of the original purchase date, except final sale items including furniture, mattresses, changing pads, bedding, pillows, skin care products, diapers, and training underwear. If you are returning online items by mail items must be returned within 30 days of the original received date. Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags must be originally attached.

Shipping

Do I pay for return shipping?
If the wrong item is sent to you by mistake, damaged or a part is missing from a furniture piece we will arrange a Prepaid Return Postage Label at no cost upon approval of return for item(s).

What if my item is out of stock or discontinued?
Eorthe Cild attempts to expedite all orders, but occasionally items are discontinued or out of stock. In the event an item becomes discontinued or out of stock, Eorthe Cild will notify you immediately via email or by telephone to assist you in finding a comparable replacement product. If a comparable replacement product cannot be agreed upon, you will be refunded for the requested item and any remaining items on your order will be shipped accordingly.

Do I have the option for a white glove service?
Yes, for an additional fee, some of our venders offer white glove service. To add the white glove service option to an order (if available) contact info@eorthecild.com or call 657-212-7477. Please allow an extra week for delivery.
