We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eorthe Cild online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of an unused, unwashed, unworn item postmarked within 30 business days with original receipt once your purchase is received. Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags must be originally attached.
Should you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly work with you to fix any issues. We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information. Eorthe Cild reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Can I cancel an order?
A cancellation for a standard order must be made within 48hours from the time the order was placed. Any cancellation beyond 48 hours will incur all packing, gift wrap and shipping fees processed for order. Custom orders must be cancelled within 24hours. There will be no refund on custom orders cancelled after 24hours.
Class & Event Cancellations
Because our teachers work hard to prepare in advance for classes and also need a minimum amount of attendees to hold the class, events/classes, workshops and round tables are only refundable up to 72hours before the class/event takes place. After 72hours, classes/events, workshops and round tables are non-refundable and will not be given store credit or applied towards a future class as teachers have already been compensated for their time and supplies. How do I pay with PayPal?
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account. Note: PayPal payments do not require you to have a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal.
Is giftwrap included with my order?
To include giftwrap with your order, please add the type of giftwrap desired to your cart and your purchase will be wrapped including a hand-written message provided by you on an Eorthe Cild card. In order to keep the use of paper down to a minimum for the environment, all online orders will only include a gift receipt when requested. All giftwrap descriptions specify when a vintage piece is used on your package. We can wrap shoes, clothing, most toys and goodies at no additional charge. For an upcharge we offer a variety of premium and custom wraps. We do not offer gift wrap on large/bulky items including furniture.
Is wrap eco-conscious?
Yes, Eorthe Cild only uses quality 100% eco-friendly, organic and sustainable cards, tape, ribbon, yarn, and giftwraps for our complimentary, classic, premium and custom wraps.
Gift cards are only issued in-store or by mail for online orders. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash. Returns purchased with a gift card will be in-store credit only. Only cash and credit cards can be used to purchase gift cards. No store credits can be used to purchase gift cards. If making a purchase online, the full amount of the gift card must be used at the time of purchase.
When your order is placed, an email confirmation is immediately sent confirming that we have received your order in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. When we receive your order, if we are out of stock, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on special or custom ordered items because these items are not normally stocked or carried by our suppliers and are tailored specifically to the customers specifications and needs. The delivery times for special order items are approximate, and therefore a reasonable delay in delivery does not constitute grounds for order cancellation. All custom stationary and giftware packs are final sale.
How do I check the status of my order?
An email notification will be sent out when your order is placed and a second notification when it has shipped. If for some reason you have not received these notifications, please make sure to check your spam box. If you still have not received an email notification, please contact Eorthe Cild at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my order is missing boxes or parts?
Make sure to check received items against the BoL to ensure all boxes have been received at the time of delivery. If you are missing boxes, notate items missing on the BoL, but do not refuse delivery, as it would be easier to send out the boxes missing. If you inspect your item later and parts are missing, contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to replace the item when stock is available or offer a refund upon return of the item.
What if my item is out of stock or discontinued?
Eorthe Cild attempts to expedite all orders, but occasionally items are discontinued or out of stock. In the event an item becomes discontinued or out of stock, Eorthe Cild will notify you immediately via email or by telephone to assist you in finding a comparable replacement product If a comparable replacement product cannot be agreed upon, you will be refunded for the discontinued or out of stock item and any remaining items on your order will be shipped accordingly.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Our vendors take great care and pride in shipping items in packaging to prevent damages. Normal wear and tear on the outside of boxes may occur due to transit. Prior to signing for delivery, be sure to insect all packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Only if there is visible damage to the inner box and furniture items should you refuse the delivery of the order and contact us immediately. Take pictures with a digital camera/ smart phone of any damage and notate damage in as much detail as possible on carriers BoL before refusing the delivery. Should items be refused due to damage and upon inspection it is found there are no damages you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
BoL: A bill of lading (sometimes abbreviated as B/L or BoL) is a document issued by a carrier (or his agent) to acknowledge receipt of a shipment.
Note: If you only see normal wear and tear of outside box upon delivery and later find concealed damage upon further inspection of your item(s) please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your merchandise. All damage items must be returned in original packaging and include original paperwork. Please call Eorthe Cild at 657-212-7477 for approval and instructions prior to returning any merchandise. Unapproved return items will not be accepted.

How long do I have to return my purchase ?
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Eorthe Cild products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Eorthe Cild order, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase date for a full product refund.Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Can I return bedding, baby care and gear ?
Due to the health and safety concerns for our customer, bedding, pillows, baby care and gear can be returned only if unopened and manufacturer seal has not been broken. In the case of a manufacturer defect, a store credit will be issued.
Can I return diapers ?
Due to the health and safety concerns for our customer diapers and training pants can only be returned if unopened and the manufacturer seal has not be broken on the package, except in the case of a manufacturer defect then diapers and training pants can be returned for store credit only.
Items with defects will never be sold online or returned to our sales floor.
What items are finale sale?
Due to the health and safety concerns for our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: mattresses, changing pads, lactation products, bras and underwear.All furniture sales are final.
We will gladly replace defective merchandise at no additional charge, if notified of the problem within 5 days of receipt of your purchased merchandise. If your merchandise has missing parts we will gladly replace the missing parts at no additional charge if notified about the missing parts within 5 days of receipt of your purchased merchandise.
Can I return a sale item?
All floor model, clearance or discontinued items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Except in the case of a defective item, we will provide you with a full refund in the form of a store credit only. Online purchases of sale items that are defective will be refunded in the form of a store credit only. The only items that may be refunded within 30 days for a full refund are full priced items with a temporary discount code used during a sale or promotion. Please retain all original packaging and keep all tags originally attached until you have fully inspected your products.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be processed and credited in the same currency in which your purchase was originally billed. We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges. Because your satisfaction is very important to us, we are happy to offer 30 day returns with no restocking fee on most items. Returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or a free gift promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted, or the retail price of the free gift subtracted from the refund amount. Note: If the free gift promotion is returned in its original condition unopened and unused, then free gift amount will not be subtracted from the refund.
How long will my refund take to process?
Once your return is received by Eorthe Cild postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.( Minus shipping) If a replacement item is to be shipped in lieu of a returned item, it will only be shipped out once the returned item is received and processed. You will be notified by email once your return is finalized.
If you purchase something at our Eorthe Cild Boutique you must contact the store directly at 657-212-7477 for any issues. Purchases made at an Eorthe Cild Boutique can't be returned or exchanged online. Gift cards purchased at Eorthe Cild Boutique can be used for online purchases.
Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged in our store within 30 days of the original purchase date, except final sale items including furniture, mattresses, changing pads, bedding, pillows, skin care products, diapers, feeding utensils, sippy cups, bathtubs, car seats, strollers and training underwear. If you are returning online items by mail, items must be returned within 30 days of the original received date. Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags must be originally attached. If you are returning a defective item, it must be postmarked within 15 days of the original shipping date to not exceed manufacturer requirements for returned defective merchandise.

Where do you ship?
We apologize, but at this time we only ship within the contiguous USA. Please enter a correct address when ordering, as we are not responsible for incomplete or wrong addresses. Please note that we cannot ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes. Orders will only be shipped out when they are paid in full. We do not offer layaway, partial payments or payment plans.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer priority, standard, and first class, by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, UPS, and USPS registered mail. If overnight or express shipping is desired, we recommend that you call the store at 657-212-7477 after your order is placed to ensure same day processing. Overnight/express delivery may not be possible after 3pm Pacific Standard Time. After hours please leave a voice message. Messages will be checked the next morning and calls will be returned within a timely manner the same day. Heavy and bulky items may incur additional fees due to weight and or requirements from the manufacturer.
How long will my order take to ship?
The estimated transit time is approximately 3-5 business days depending on the shipping destination. If lead time is a concern to you, please contact Eorthe Cild at 657-212-7477 prior to placing your order, so that we can provide the most current estimated lead time for the piece(s). Remote areas may take longer delivery times than the standard estimated transit time.
Will my order be taxed?
Orders being shipped to addresses within California are charged 8-9.5% sales tax. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of California are not charged sales tax in transit product total before shipping and handling applied.
Do I have the option of a weekend delivery?
For an additional fee some of our items may qualify for a Saturday delivery. If you are interested in a Saturday delivery, please contact Eorthe Cild at 657-212-7477 before your order is placed to confirm availability of this service for your order.
Do I have the option of expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping on most items for an additional fee. Please note when placing your order that you wish to have your order expedited. If expedited shipping is available for that item we will email you back with a quote and how long your order would take before you are charged. Note: If insurance is available it will be included with quote.
Do I have the option of a White Glove delivery service?
For an additional fee, some of our venders offer white glove service. To add the white glove service option to an order (if available) contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 657-212-7477. Please allow up to an extra week for delivery if applicable.
How do I ship my returned item back ?
To protect yourself, Eorthe Cild recommends that you return merchandise to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number, insurance and requires a signature for verification of receipt. We are not responsible for shipping charges and returns not received. We do not accept returns via COD, so please make sure your return is prepaid unless otherwise approved. Examples of return carriers are FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail. Please contact Eorthe Cild with the return tracking number immediately upon approved returns.
All damage items must be returned in original packaging with original tickets attached and include original paperwork. Please call us at 657-212-7477 for approval and instructions prior to returning any merchandise. Unapproved return items will not be accepted.
Do I pay return shipping on a damaged, missing, or wrong item sent?
If the wrong item is sent to you by mistake, damaged or a part is missing from a furniture piece we will arrange a Prepaid Return Postage Label at no cost upon approval of return for item(s).
